Description

• Available with a mesh or water-resistant cover, and in 30 cm (12″) up to 60 cm (24″) widths.
• Fail safe air-foam technology
  Air-foam technology allows for full immersion into the cushion without bottoming out. Varilite cushions are fail safe, meaning even with a puncture you have the benefit of the foam in each cushion, to rely on.
• Three densities of foam for functional support
  The Varilite Evolution is comprised of soft foam beneath the bony parts of the pelvis, medium foam for the main support area beneath the thighs, and firm foam for the perimeter of the cushion and between the thighs: the combination of these provides the user with practical support for day-to-day functionality and at the same time optimal skin tissue health.
• Skin protection
  Reticulated foam in Varilite covers is breathable, allowing circulation of air and water vapour, helping in the preservation of healthy skin.
• Choice of cover options
  Available in mesh or water-resistant, Varilite covers meet the ISO 16840-10 ignition resistance standard, and are machine washable.
• Simple air volume adjustment
  The Evolution cushion is available with Varilite’s patented Pressure Setting Valve (PSV) or a standard valve.
• Pressure Setting Valve option
  The PSV is marked with three pre-set positions which can be selected for the best range of immersion for the user.
• Take the weight off with a wedge 
  A modifiable closed-cell foam wedge is available as an option to take more weight onto the thighs and off the buttocks.
